TMT Photography 50% Off Session Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period:

The TMT Photography 50% Off Session Giveaway is open for photography sessions that are booked and fully paid for by 30 September 2026.

How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, clients must book and pay in full for a photography session with TMT Photography before 30 September.
Entries are based on the total photography session fee paid:
Every $100 spent = one entry into the draw.
Example: A $400 photography session equals 4 entries.
Example: A $200 photography session equals 2 entries.
Only completed payments will qualify for entry. Unpaid invoices, tentative bookings, enquiries, or partially paid bookings will not be entered.
Gift vouchers are not eligible for entry into this competition.

Photography sessions do not need to be completed before 30 September, 2026.
Booked sessions can take place after the competition closing date, provided the session is completed by 30 November 2026.
Session dates are subject to TMT Photography availability.
TMT Photography reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, illness, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

One winner will be randomly drawn and will receive 50% off their total photography session fee. The amount will be refunded.
The winner will be drawn on Saturday 3rd October 2026.
The winner will be contacted privately using the contact details provided at the time of booking and will also be announced on the TMT Photography Facebook and Instagram pages.
The prize applies to the photography session fee only and does not include prints, albums, artwork purchased through my store or any other products or services.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or applied to previous bookings.
If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days from the date of the draw, TMT Photography reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

All clients are required to complete and sign the standard TMT Photography Client Agreement/Photography Contract before their photography session.
All standard TMT Photography terms and conditions apply, including requirements relating to payment, cancellations, rescheduling, image delivery, copyright, and use of images.
By booking a session and entering the competition, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The competition is open to new and existing TMT Photography clients.
TMT Photography reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances outside reasonable control prevent the competition from continuing.
Entry into the competition confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
